All orders ship from Portland, Oregon via USPS or UPS. Tracking is included with every shipment.

Packaging & Protection
We understand that a hand-painted matryoshka is not an ordinary purchase. Each piece represents hours of artisan labor, and we pack every order as though the artist herself were watching.
Individual Wrapping
Every doll in a set is individually wrapped in acid-free tissue paper to prevent paint-to-paint contact. The smallest pieces are placed in protective pouches.
Nested & Secured
Dolls are nested before shipping but with tissue buffer layers between each piece to prevent the halves from rubbing during transit. The entire set is cushioned in recycled kraft fill.
Eco-Friendly Materials
Our shipping materials are 100% recyclable or compostable. We use recycled corrugated boxes, kraft paper fill, and paper tape. No plastic, no styrofoam.
Return Policy
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition — undamaged, with all pieces of the set included. Custom or commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. Once we receive and inspect the return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged in Transit
If your matryoshka arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please note the following for international orders:
- •Delivery times range from 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
- •The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping charges.
- •All international shipments include tracking and insurance.
- •We currently do not ship to Russia or Belarus due to logistics constraints.
